Fees and Refund Policy

Team fee

The team fee is non-refundable once payment has been made.

Teams that withdraw after paying the team fee — for any reason — are not covered under the event’s cancellation policy for event cancellation.

The player fee may be transferred to another player from the same team if needed, but it is not refundable, except in specific cases involving medical reasons or other approved exceptions.

All bank fees and transfer charges are the responsibility of the payer.

Any outstanding amounts must be settled during on-site event registration.

Team Support and Spectators

Non-Playing Team Support fees apply to individuals traveling with or assisting the team — such as coaches, medics, support staff, and administrators — who are not participating in games.

They will receive the same event access and benefits as players, but are not permitted to play.

Spectators are non-accredited visitors.

They cannot take part in team activities, games, or official event functions, and will be treated strictly as spectators.
