TOC suggests the Olympic Hotel Amsterdam (OHA) for the EUIC participants and guests, because it lies at a 3min walk from the main venue and at a 7min walk from the tram station to the second venue. Olympic Hotel Amsterdam, IJsbaanpad 12, 1076 CV, Amsterdam.
We arranged a 5€ discount per room per night if you include the code EUIC26 in your email. Different nights have different prices (see below). These prices include breakfast and are already discounted but exclude the tourist tax of 12,5%. Bookings need to be done directly with the OHA. group@olympichotel.nl
Other options are Westside Inn Hotel or XO Hotels Couture (both at 10min by car). There is a paid parking at the main venue, paid on Thursday, Friday and Saturday until 7.00PM. Free on Sunday.

Food
All meals will be vegetarian and served buffet-style at the main venue. Participants can choose between breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner plans.
Please note that you’ll need to bring your own plates and cutlery. Washing stations will be available on-site for cleaning dishes after meals.
We are committed to serving high-quality, nutritious food throughout the event. If you have specific dietary restrictions or intolerances, we can accommodate them — provided we’re informed in advance.

Massage table
Massage tables can be rented for €70 for the full four days. They are portable, you can take one to your hotel or leave it at the venue. To request one, just tick the massage table option when completing the Food & Services form; we’ll confirm availability by email.
